公司引进国内外先进的管理经验及加工技术,2003年通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系。利用AutoCAD，MasterCAM，Pro-E系统进行设计及编程，保证从模具设计至制造工艺标准化，合理化以及塑胶成型产品的规范化管理。

　　公司有5800平方米厂房,现有员工300人左右，其中工程技术人员20人，公司拥有技术熟练技师及专业机床操作技师40人。

　　公司主要生产复印机、传真机配件，打印机，数码相机、DVD、PDA、充电器、遥控器，电话机，医疗器械等各类电子产品注塑模具及成型。公司客户60%以上为日本客户。模具材料主要采用日本大同或瑞典一胜百(ASSAB)等公司的优质模具钢材。

　　2004年公司成立了五金弹簧部，生产各种模具弹簧和机械弹簧。

Shenzhen Kai Hong Xin Plastic Mold Co. Ltd. is founded in 1997. Due to a few years of great effort, our company has initially been a precise plastic mold factory proficient in the design and the manufacture of the plastic mold, the molding process of the plastic mold, the oil-painting, the silk-screen and the bronzing of the plastic product and the surface sand-spray of the plastic mold.

Our company has passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system by introducing the advanced national and international management experience and process technique, ensure the standardization and the rationalization from the design of the mold to the manufacture process and the standard management of the plastic molding product by using AutoCAD, MasterCAM, Pro-E system to design and program.

Our company covering 5800 square meters has about 300 excellent employees, with 20 engineering technicians and 40 skilled technicians and professional tool-operation technicians.

The main products of our company are product molding and injection molding of kinds of electrical products such as copy machine, electrograph fittings, printer, digital camera, DVD, PDA, charger, remoter, telephone and medical machine. 60% clients of our company are Japanese companies. Molding materials mainly are the high-qualified molding steel materials from Japanese Datong Company and Sweden ASSAB Company.

In 2004, our company set up the Hardware Spring Department, focusing on manufacturing various molding spring and machine spring.
